SciFest took place on May 3rd, in L.I.T., Thurles.
4 projects from Colaiste Dun Iascaigh took part. There were over 100 projects from 12 schools competing. There were also presentations from Scientists and Engineers discussing careers after studying STEM subjects.
Aoife Fahy and Maria Carrie won a L.I.T. award in the Junior Life Sciences category for their project “An Evaluation of Nail Polish”.
